QUEEN Letizia of Spain is to get her very own Barbie doll.
King Felipe VI’s stylish wife is being honoured by Russian company AFD Group, who have also designed Lady Gaga and Elizabeth Taylor dolls. 
Letizia’s royal likeness is to be unveiled at Madrid’s Fashion Doll Show this weekend.
The doll’s grey gown is based on a dress the queen wore to Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding.
