CARLOS CABALLERO from Malaga will be the only Andalucian representative on this season’s Spanish Top Chef.
Caballero, founder of restaurant La Rebana, will compete under the watchful eyes of judges Alberto Chicote, famous Spanish food TV host, famous farm-to-table chef Susi Diaz and National Gastronomy Award winner Paco Roncero.
This could be Caballero’s opportunity to make up for a difficult year. His restaurant was closed in March following issues with the rental contract.
