AN overnight search for a three-year-old boy reported missing in Rincon de la Victoria, Malaga yesterday (Monday) has been called off after a body was found at 1.00am this morning.

Guardia Civil, local police and firefighters were involved in the operation to find the child.

The body was eventually found floating on a raft in the Montes de Malaga and recovered at 4.00am.

An autopsy will be performed later today to discover the cause of death.

The search had been complicated because the boyfriend of the child’s mother gave four different accounts of how the boy had gone missing.
