Multi-million Luxembourg property company moves to Madrid

A MULTI-MILLION property company is moving headquarters from Luxembourg to Madrid.

Saint Croix Holding Immobilier – valued at €267 million – will be governed by Spanish law and subject to Spain’s REIT tax regulations.

The limited company will remain on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with a share value of €60.10 per share.

Saint Croix Holding Immobilier was formed in 2011 and now consists of more than four million shares and a property portfolio across Europe and Asia.
