Clean Bandit pull out of Gibraltar Music Festival

Clean bandit

UK dance sensation Clean Bandit have withdrawn from the Gibraltar Music Festival, less than 24 hours before the event.

The string quartet were due to appear in support of The Script and Rita Ora but have had to withdraw due to ‘recording commitments’.

The announcement will no doubt leave fans disappointed and Gibraltar rock band Orange Peel tweeted their discontent. It reads: “Unprofessional by Clean Bandit to cancel their gig one day before. We’ll still be rocking it!”

  1. Oh what a poor excuse after being on their schedule online!

Still anyone who wants to have their ears blown off can always go to Barcelona on the 19th and Madrid on the 20th of November this year.

Who needs you? Gibraltar certainly doesn’t.

Rock on Gibraltar, you have enough talent on your own!!!

  2. Organizers just announced – Scouting for Girls – will be at tomorrow’s Gibraltar Music Festival – to bolster even more the already brilliant standard of the International and local musicians for tomorrow’s 12 hours of music for all ages over four stages. Getting everything ready and people working round the clock to make this one of the best – Rock on Gibraltar!!!!

  3. Scouting for girls were fantastic in the end…..,, they were not missed in the end….., great night in general. Organised, safe, fun and most of all british!!! Roll on gib music festival 2015….
