SPAIN has the second highest internet prices in Europe.
The minimum cost of a standard connection in Spain is €38.70 per month, beaten only by Cyprus on €46.20.
The cheapest internet access is found in countries such as Lithuania – €10.30 per month – and Romania at €11.20.
