Spanish chef takes gazpacho across the Atlantic

GAZPAHO

A SPANISH cook  has vowed to make gazpacho more popular in America.

Eva Alcaraz fell in love with the Andalucian favourite at a young age and has now launched her own brand.

Originally from Madrid, Alcaraz grew up being able to buy the cold soup on every street corner.

Moving to America, she was shocked about the lack of this refreshing ‘drinkable salad,’ and began making and selling her own.

Her recipe combines the method she learned from her mother.

“My husband kept telling me, ‘come out with your gazpacho’, so I did,” Alcaraz says.
