IT’S that time of year again – our favourite reality TV stars have descended on Spain for some Essex-style Marbella madness.
Although the TOWIE cast are officially on the Costa del Sol to film the one-off special, The Only Way is Marbs, you can be sure the trip won’t all be all work and no play.
The gang have already been spotted showing off their toned and tanned bods at Puerto Banus’ famous La Sala Beach Club.
Newly-engaged lovebirds Joey Essex and Sam Faiers took centre stage as they relaxed by the pool and soaked up the Spanish sun.
Joey also made time for his best friends Tom Pearce and James ‘Diags’ Bennewith, who were joined by Lauren Pope showing off her curves in a bright blue bikini.
Meanwhile, newly single Lucy Mecklenburgh showed her ex-fiance Mario what he was missing by strutting around in a sleek white swimsuit, while her former beau partied on a boat with several bikini-clad ladies.
The scenes from La Sala will be aired in the Marbella special, which hits TV screens next month on ITV2.
Got to say that the TOWIE effect is what stops me visiting Puerto Banus anymore!It used to be a place where the classy, rich and famous hung out and you might see a movie star or two, but now it seems to be full of wannabees from reality tv.
Agree with Chris….. all gone downhill since Essex took over….
nothing wrong with essex, maybe its you lot just dont fit any more, its for the young having fun, grouch.
The days of the film stars has well and truly gone and marbs is really a dump I think.
