GIBRALTAR’S Met Office has issued a weather warning for gales and heavy swell on Saturday, 19 January.
They advise that there is an 80% probability of southwesterly winds of 55-65 knots and that a developing southerwesterly swell will become heavy and reach a heigh of four metres or more between 04:00hrs and 15:00hrs.
The general public are advised to stay indoors and avoid all non-essential journeys.
