British expat says bio-energy was ‘instrumental’ in curing health problems

Maureen Simpson bioenergy therapy

AN expat is hoping to promote bio-energy treatment in Spain after claiming it was instrumental in her recovery from illness.

Maureen Simpson, 48, from Scotland, turned to the alternative therapy after struggling with a number of health problems.

She has spent the last 12 years using the technique after training as a therapist.

Bio-energy treatment works by improving energy flow to help the body heal itself.

It is said to help cure all manner of illnesses from arthritis to asthma.

“For some years I was quite ill, to the point of not being able to work or lead a normal life,” Simpson, who moved to Spain in May, told the Olive Press.

“I could not find an answer to my problems through conventional medicine and it was then that I was introduced to bio-energy therapy. It was a turning point in my life.”

  1. “She has spent the last 12 years using the technique after training as a therapist.”

If anyone knows of a therapist who delivers his/her services for free, anywhere, please post their names on here. Otherwise, just see this as a sales pitch.

  2. Jimeno,
A progressive attitude. Unfortunately as the scientific community is not falling over themselves rushing to research any aspect of the incredible benefits of this therapy “said to help cure all manner of illnesses” it is what it is.

  3. “It has been scientifically established that the body is made up of energy and if the flow of this energy becomes imbalanced, stagnant or disturbed in any way it automatically affects not just the physical body, but also the mental, spiritual and emotional aspects as well resulting in disease/sickness.
In the ***** clinics the primary aim of the Therapist is to locate these energy disturbances using a series of unique hand movements to scan the energy field. The therapist then uses a series of specially developed protocols to treat the patient. Patients often feel different sensations while been treated like heat, coolness, tingling or a magnetic pull which is normal. During treatment, the therapist will explain any immediate measures that need to be taken regarding diet, exercise, rest, attitude, etc. At the end of the four sessions the patients will be aware of exactly what is required of them in order to regain their health, which is rightfully theirs.” You couldn’t make it up !!

  4. This is the Wikipedia definition of energy.

It is enlightening to read the bit following “In human terms…”

The quote that PM used includes this gem.
“If the flow of this energy becomes imbalanced, stagnant or disturbed in any way it automatically affects not just the physical body, but also the mental, spiritual and emotional aspects as well resulting in disease/sickness”.

I think that the author of that quotation has absolutely no understanding of the nature of energy. However, if you have any doubts about the effectiveness of bio-energy treatment, just read this.

“Many of our clients receive Bio-Energy Healing sessions because they’re feeling stuck with their health, relationships, career, finances or creativity.”

Wow, it really can be all things to all people. Sorry, I missed out a word. That should read: “Wow, it really can be all things to all gullible people.”
