Moving up for Spanish car firm

SPANISH car company SEAT has reported improved profits in 2011 due to an increase in exports despite the ongoing crisis.

The market leader in Spain made over five billion euros in revenues last year which is 8.3 per cent up on 2010 thanks to an 11.4 per cent rise in exports.

“SEAT has delivered on its commitments. We have improved all our indicators and this year we want to continue in the same direction,” said company President James Muir.
