THE Conservative PP party has put forward a corrupt councillor as its number three on the ballot in Andalucia.
Antonio Ramirez, who is being charged with allowing pollution to be tipped into the Guadaira River during his time as environment boss in Moron de la Frontera, is now standing for senate in Sevilla.
Ramirez stands accused alongside the former mayor Manuel Morilla, after the National Toxicology Institute reported in 2010 that water samples from the river far exceeded the levels of sewage permitted. But this has failed to pour water on his political career.
