Spanish cycling legend Alberto Contador stopped by French police

SPANISH cycling legend Alberto Contador has finally been caught… by the long arm of the law.

The three-time Tour de France winner was pulled over by French police for riding without lights while cycling through a tunnel in the Alps.

Contador’s team later received a call from police apologising for the incident, which occurred while the cyclist was training for this year’s Tour de France.
