Top chef Dani Garcia does it again

ANDALUCIA’S top chef Dani Garcia has seen his name up in stars… again.

The award-winning cook – who was the first in the region to win a Michelin star with Tragabuches in Ronda – has just been awarded his second star with Marbella restaurant Calima.

It is only the second restaurant to win two stars in Andalucia and he is the youngest chef in Spain to win the accolade.

He said: “I’m well chuffed, but I have a bitter sweet taste in my mouth as I feel the region is not being properly rewarded for its great cooking.”
