Double death in Ronda

POLICE are investigating the grim discovery of a husband and wife shot dead at their house in Ronda.

In an apparent case of domestic violence the 56-year-old man shot his wife, 52, in the head at point blank range, before turning the shotgun on himself.

Their bodies were discovered soon after shots were heard at 4am on Monday morning.

Neighbours reported that a loud argument had been heard coming from their house at 9.30pm the previous night.

No previous reports of domestic violence had been submitted to the authorities.
